I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, including couples, families, youth, and those with intellectual disabilities. Whether you’re struggling with conflict, emotional regulation, or personal growth, I’m here to support you in creating a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What Clients have said about Mackayla

Our experience has been really surprising.

Both my partner and I weren't sure how to move further in our relationship and found out so much about ourselves, and one another by working with Mackayla. I would absolutely recommend giving your own relationship an opportunity for growth and expansion in the way of sharing and being vulnerable by gaining an outside prospective from someone with the knowledge Mackayla has in relationship building. Her time with you doesn't feel like you would assume in an office with a professional therapist. She makes you feel safe to share and is unbiased in her questions to help get you there (into more meaningful connection)

I will say, it is rather HOT in the whole building, but maybe it's my perimenopausal brain... But she always cracks the window :)

Thanks a bunch for helping us move onto the next chapter of our lives together! You are a big part in our journey! <3
